The UPCO Institute represents a pioneering venture, born from a strategic alliance between the University of Prishtina, the largest and oldest university in Kosovo; the Kosovo Chamber of Commerce, the most prominent and influential chamber in the country; and the Municipality of Prishtina, the capital city of Kosovo.
